Anaida Luengo, our intern coming from Miami, Florida, just finished 9 months of training with some of the best chefs in Spain. She spent 4,5 months at Culler de Pau with Chef Javier Olleros (one Michelin star), learning how to take care of the amazing products that the ocean waters in Galicia give to us. Unique seafood and fish immersion in the little town of O Grove. After that, she flew to Barcelona to join the amazing team that Eduard Xatruch, Mateu Casañas and Oriol Castro put together at Disfrutar restaurant (2 Michelin stars), recognized as the 18th best restaurant in the World and the best restaurant in Barcelona. It has been a long and hard work experience but Anaida did her best and got a tremendous experience from two of the best restaurants in Spain. We are sure this talented young chef will success very soon after this experience. Congratulations!!!
