My experience in the e-spain summer culinary internship program was amazing! I couldn’t have asked for a better summer. Having the opportunity to intern at the restaurant, Trigo, allowed me to see firsthand what it is like to work in fine dining, to see the effort, hard work, and every step from start to finish. I was lucky to work beside a team that welcomed me from day one, was very encouraging, and taught me so much during my time in the restaurant. There is nothing like getting hands on experience from chefs in another country and I feel even more driven to find my future success. This program goes above and beyond! Immersing you in the Spanish experience, we got to take field trips around different parts of Spain to wineries, cheese producers, and even to dine at amazing restaurants! The e-spain summer internship gave me memories that will last a lifetime and an experience I will never forget.
