A group of international students from Seattle, California, Miami and Peru, enjoyed our Summer Culinary Program 2017. They had a 4/8-week internship in top restaurants and pastry shops in Castilla y Leon area.
The group of students enjoyed our field trips around Spain. They learned more about pine-nuts production and had the opportunity to eat at a Michelin star restaurant. They also visited the city of Segovia and the region of Asturias and they learned everything about artisanal sheep milk cheese production. A total immersion in the culture and cuisine of Spain that will surely help these talented young students to become important chefs!
