Our intern James Tittle from Seattle, USA, has finished his internship successfully!. He was in Spain for 9 months doing a fantastic job in two of the best restaurants in northern Spain. The two Michelin star restaurant Annua, run by chef Oscar Calleja, and the one Michelin star restaurant La Solana, with chef Ignacio Solana. We wish him the best for his new projects and his future career, which we are sure will be a real success. We also want to congratulate Chef Karen and Chefs James to do such a great job with the education of these talented students.
