We are very proud of Chef Shuyun Chen from the restaurant Bellota by Peter Gordon in Auckland New Zealand. She was also the winner of the 1st Australasia Tapas Competition organized by e-Spain in collaboration with Ignite Colleges and the City Hall of Valladolid. We want to congratulate her for the amazing job. we also want to recognize and congratulate Chef Jasbir Kaur, former representative of New Zeland in 2017 who made this possible.
We are also very proud of the rest of contestants that did a great job representing their countries and we want also congratulate Chef Jose Ricardo Arellano, from Ecuador, who did a great second place and Chef Rico Torres from Mixtli in San Antonio, Texas who was the winner fo the most vanguardist tapa.
