I CONCURSO DE TAPAS DE OCEANÍA/1ST AUSTRALASIA TAPAS COMPETITION

Desde e-Spain estamos orgullosos de haber organizado, junto a  Iginite Colleges y con la colaboración del Excmo. Ayuntamiento de Valladolid, el I Concurso de Tapas de Oceanía, con un éxito absoluto y catorce cocineros representando algunos de los mejores restaurantes del continente.

Los resultados fueron los siguientes:

3º      Clasificado Chef Filipino Greg Singian de Milenimum restaurant con 332 points

2º     Clasificado Angela Scrivene, de Ignite Colleges, con 364 puntos

1º       Clasificado Shuyun Chen, de Bellota Restaurant, con 389 points

Nos gustaría dar la enhorabuena a todos los participantes, que demostraron un gran nivel y profesionalidad, y mandar nuestros mejores deseos paradla cocinera  Chef Shuyun Chen que representará a Oceanía en el II Concurso Mundial de Tapas que se celebrará en Valladolid el próximo mes de noviembre.

We are very proud to have organized the 1st Australisia Tapas Competiton, along with Iginite Colleges and the collaboration of the Valladolid City Hall. The Competition was a success and fourteen chefs from some of the best restaurants were represented.

Here are the results:
