Our intern, Jordi Casas, lives an unforgettable first experience at Gourmets

Our student Jordi Casas, originally from Mexico, is making the most of every opportunity offered by the e-Spain internship program. Today, he took part alongside Chef Miguel Ángel in an exclusive workshop promoting products from Valladolid, as part of Gourmets, one of the most important food fairs in Spain. Experiences like these are a core part of our philosophy: at e-Spain, learning doesn’t only happen in the kitchen—it also means living gastronomy from the inside, through real, high-level events and direct contact with industry professionals.We’re incredibly proud to see our students grow, step out of the kitchen, and connect with the culinary world from new perspectives.
