At e-Spain we like to give the opportunity to the young chefs from all around the world to immerse in our culture and our cuisine. We believe that taking them to local producers as Embutidos Fermin to learn about the organic charcuterie will allow them to understand better what is their responsibility and to show respect for the product. Places full of culture like La Alberca or Salamanca help them to understand that hundreds of years of evolution made real what we can enjoy today.
