Nuestro alumno Jordi Casas, originario de México, está aprovechando al máximo cada oportunidad que le brinda el programa de prácticas de e-Spain. Hoy ha participado junto al chef Miguel Ángel en un exclusivo taller de promoción de productos de Valladolid, dentro del marco de Gourmets, una de las ferias de alimentación más importantes de España. Este tipo de experiencias son parte fundamental de nuestra filosofía: en e-Spain no solo se aprende en el restaurante, también se vive la gastronomía desde dentro, en eventos reales, de alto nivel, y en contacto directo con profesionales del sector. Nos llena de orgullo ver a nuestros estudiantes crecer, salir de la cocina y conectar con el mundo gastronómico desde nuevas perspectivas. ¡Enhorabuena, Jordi!
Our intern, Jordi Casas, lives an unforgettable first experience at Gourmets
Our student Jordi Casas, originally from Mexico, is making the most of every opportunity offered by the e-Spain internship program. Today, he took part alongside Chef Miguel Ángel in an exclusive workshop promoting products from Valladolid, as part of Gourmets, one of the most important food fairs in Spain. Experiences like these are a core part of our philosophy: at e-Spain, learning doesn’t only happen in the kitchen—it also means living gastronomy from the inside, through real, high-level events and direct contact with industry professionals.We’re incredibly proud to see our students grow, step out of the kitchen, and connect with the culinary world from new perspectives.
