Pas\u00f3 4,5 meses en<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cullerdepau.com\/es\/\"> Culler de<\/a> Pau con el Chef Javier Olleros (una estrella Michelin), aprendiendo a cuidar los incre\u00edbles productos que nos regalan las aguas del oc\u00e9ano en Galicia. Una inmersi\u00f3n \u00fanica en marisco y pescado en la peque\u00f1a ciudad de O Grove. Despu\u00e9s, vol\u00f3 a Barcelona para unirse al incre\u00edble equipo que Eduard Xatruch, Mateu Casa\u00f1as y Oriol Castro formaron en <a href=\"http:\/\/www.disfrutarbarcelona.com\">el restaurante Disfrutar<\/a> (2 estrellas Michelin), reconocido como el 18\u00ba mejor restaurante del mundo y el mejor restaurante de Barcelona. Ha sido una experiencia de trabajo larga y dura, pero Anaida lo hizo lo mejor que pudo y se llev\u00f3 una experiencia tremenda de dos de los mejores restaurantes de Espa\u00f1a.
